Happy Thursday!
This evening begins the Holy Triduum--the most holy days of the liturgical year. Father Al washed the feet of some of our eighth graders in much the same way that Jesus washed the feet of his disciples. Tomorrow, we will come to venerate the cross, and on Saturday evening, we will come together for the Easter Vigil. As is tradition, during the Easter Vigil, new members are welcomed into the Catholic Church. This year, we are welcoming the Baptista Family (including Gabriel, one of our preschoolers), as well as our very own Nurse Holly. We are so excited to celebrate with the Baptista and Gonzales Families.
Our students have been collecting money to donate in the Rice Bowls. There will be one last collection next week. Remember, Deacon Jim will reward the top-giving class with pizza, as well as special awards to the top-giving class in each division. Here is Deacon Jim's weekly update.
After this week's donations, we have exceeded $1700 given thus far as a school. We are averaging over $8 per student! What a Blessing!
We will have one more collection after Easter. I have ranked the 3 divisions .

NEWS WORTH REPEATING
Our Annual Reverse Raffle is Saturday, April 25, in the school gymnasium. This is our largest fundraiser, but in addition to being a fundraiser, it is a fun time for all! Doors open at 5:30, with dinner (catered by Bubbarock!) served from 6 pm-7 pm. The main raffle begins after dinner; one lucky winner will take home the $10,000 grand prize. There are thousands of dollars in other cash prizes awarded throughout the evening. Tickets for the main raffle (which includes one dinner) are $100. There is also a 50/50 raffle that evening, along with a TV and a grill raffle. Tickets for those drawings are $5 each. All tickets can be purchased at the parish office. The winners of all of these drawings need not be present to win. *** We are also looking for donations of pop and water, along with volunteers, to make this night a success. A flyer was given to all students last week. ***
All current students in preschool-grade 7 were given their 2026-2027 registration packets a couple of weeks ago. Please look over the information, make corrections, and return to school along with the enrollment fee as soon as possible. If you have younger kids that you would like to register for preschool, please reach out, and we can send home a packet to you. Please remember that the scholarship renewals and the school registration packets are two separate things that both must be completed.
All current kindergarten through seventh-grade families received the scholarship forms for the 2026-2027 school year. Please return those as soon as possible, to allow time to get the renewal process completed. Please be sure to sign the forms, make any needed changes, and return them with a current utility bill. The utility bill must show a service and mailing address. The utility bill can be sent back in the envelope or emailed to Mrs. T at tokarsky.joy@icssaints.org
Families are invited to come to First Friday Devotions on the first Friday of every month for a Holy Hour that includes Eucharistic Adoration, Evening Prayer, and Benediction. The next First Friday Devotions is May 1, from 5:30-6:30 pm.
Breakfast is available daily for all of our students from 7:00-7:30 am for $1, which includes milk.
Please be sure to go into Option C to check your balance and do your best to keep the total below $50 at all times. You are welcome to send a check or cash to the school in an envelope labeled with your child's name and Option C.
