Happy Thursday!

Our students have been collecting money to donate to the Rice Bowls.  Here is an update on the class competition from Deacon Jim.

After this week's donations, we have exceeded $1000 thus far as a school. Wow- You are helping to do Jesus' work in the world!

I have ranked the 3 divisions.

Class Leaders as of 3/12/26

Middle School

1-GR 8 (School leaders- Is there enough left to hold off the surging 7th graders?)

2-GR 7 (Closing in on GR 8)

3-GR 5 (Sleeping Giant? Will they have a great week after break?)

4-GR 6 (Scooby Doo-Where are you?)

Elementary

1-GR 3 (Consistent givers!)

2-GR 4 ( Huge week this week- closing the gap!)

3-GR 2 (Are they holding out for a surprise finish?)

Littles

1-GR 1 (#2 in the school)

2- K (Big donation this week- might be primed to race to the top!)

3- Pre-K (Steady givers- Like the tortoise, does slow and steady win the race?)

*** Deacon Jim has decided to reward the top-giving class with pizza.  He will also give some special awards to the top 3 giving classes and/or the leaders in each division! ***

Option C MattMoney is again available.  Please go into Option C and pay your balance.

We hope you and your family have a wonderful spring break; hopefully, all will be able to enjoy some family time!

Hot lunch is available daily in our cafeteria.  The lunch menu for the week of March 23 is popcorn chicken on Monday, taco on Tuesday, breakfast bagel on Wednesday, mini corn dogs on Thursday, and Johnny Marzetti on Friday.     March lunch menu

NEWS WORTH REPEATING

Our Annual Reverse Raffle is Saturday, April 25, in the school gymnasium. This is our largest fundraiser, but in addition to being a fundraiser, it is a fun time for all!  Doors open at 5:30, with dinner (catered by Bubbarock!) served from 6 pm-7 pm.  The main raffle begins after dinner; one lucky winner will take home the $10,000 grand prize.  There are thousands of dollars in other cash prizes awarded throughout the evening.  Tickets for the main raffle (which includes one dinner) are $100. Anyone purchasing a main raffle ticket by March 19 is eligible for the Early Bird Drawing. There is also a 50/50 raffle that evening, along with a TV and a grill raffle.  Tickets for those drawings are $5 each.  All tickets can be purchased at the parish office.   The winners of all of these drawings need not be present to win.

All current students in preschool-grade 7 were given their 2026-2027 registration packets a couple of weeks ago.  Please look the information over, make corrections, and return to school along with the enrollment fee as soon as possible.  If you have younger kids that you would like to register for preschool, please reach out, and we can send home a packet to you.  Please remember that the scholarship renewals and the school registration packets are two separate things that both must be completed.

All current kindergarten through seventh-grade families received the scholarship forms for the 2026-2027 school year.  Please return those as soon as possible, to allow time to get the renewal process completed.  Please be sure to sign the forms, making any needed changes, and return them with a current utility bill.  The utility bill must show a service and mailing address.  The utility bill can be sent back in the envelope or emailed to Mrs. T at tokarsky.joy@icssaints.org

Families are invited to come to First Friday Devotions on the first Friday of every month for a Holy Hour that includes Eucharistic Adoration, Evening Prayer, and Benediction.  The next First Friday Devotions is May 1, from 5:30-6:30 pm.

Breakfast is available daily for all of our students from 7:00-7:30 am for $1, which includes milk.

Please be sure to go into Option C to check your balance and do your best to keep the total below $50 at all times.  You are welcome to send a check or cash to the school in an envelope labeled with your child's name and Option C.
