Happy Thursday!
Tuesday was Election Day here at ICS--for one of the pieces of our new playground! The students chose Option 2 in a landslide! There are plans to begin work on the playground in the Spring!
Our students will be putting together Thanksgiving baskets for families in our community. Each class has been assigned a part of the meal. Students will then gather in Houses to assemble baskets. Please see the attached flyer that went home this week for more details.
Our Annual Christmas Program for grades k-8 is scheduled for Thursday, December 19. Please see the attached flyer with regards to the program (time, dress code, etc.). This is a mandatory performance for grades k-5, as well as for band students in 6-8. The preschool program is scheduled for Friday morning at 10 am.
There will be a PTO meeting next Wednesday evening at 6 pm in the school cafeteria. All are invited to help plan future events and activities for our school.
Hot lunch is available daily in our cafeteria. Next week's menu is chicken nuggets on Monday, walking taco on Tuesday, French toast on Wednesday, hamburger on Thursday, and Johnny Marzetti on Friday.

We have extra 2023-2024 yearbooks available for $23. If you did not order one, but would now like one, please contact the school office.
Breakfast is available daily for all of our students from 7:00-7:30am for $1 which includes milk.
Please be sure to go in to Option C to check your balance and do your best to keep the total below $50 at all times. You are welcome to send a check or cash into the school in an envelope labeled with your child's name and Option C.
